Every now and then I find a bath that resonates with me.  The pink bath in this image is one of those “vintage” images that is all too familiar to those of us of a certain age. In fact, when we founded Waterworks 40 years ago, there were countless baths that looked just like this and many were far worse.

It has been a while since I have visited a museum but last weekend I had the chance to go to the recently expanded Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts. While my time was limited, I was able to view many interesting artifacts and objects and the exceptional ancestral home of the Huang family ensconced within the museum.

I have written about wall-mounted faucets before, but today they seem more relevant than ever. Certainly, mounting a faucet on the wall, especially on an elegantly shaped backsplash, is a space saver.

We were thrilled to be invited to create a pop-up shop at the eponymous New Preston shop, Privet Lives. A mere, but charming, 250 sf, Privet owner Suzanne Cassano invites brands she loves to create a two monthlong shop for visitors to the village.  We are in the good company of Norma Kamali, Alicia Adams, Stubbs and Wootton amongst many others who have been presented there.
